Jun has been teaching English Language and Literature, Drama as well as Individuals and Societies for the past 20 years. Originally from Singapore, she has been teaching in Indonesia for close to 18 years.
Having met students with neurodiverse profiles in Medan and Jakarta, and also having 2 children with neurodiverse profiles herself, Jun is constantly seeking professional development as well as networking with organisations and educators to make her better-equipped to help her students and children.
She has presented in IB Dunia workshops on inclusion as well as being part of a panel discussing the topic ‘Supporting Third Culture Kids with Learning Differences’ organised by Dyslexia Association of Singapore.
She is interested in getting a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and wishes to be a more active advocate for inclusion.
